Auburn University’s Industrial Design program has taught me how to conduct thorough user research and consider all possibilities of how a product will be used. • Researched safety issues within the cycling community and identified key problem areas.
• Developed an innovative solution to enhance user safety while riding a bike.
• Designed a conceptual headwear device to improve safety and facilitate easier access to information.

August - December 2023
• Developed a primary packaging container that focused on a user in the Pediatric/Adolescent age range.
• Designed for Capital Specialty Plastics (CSP) - a material used to control the environment inside a container.
• Researched, conceptualized ideas, refined, and presented an SLA format 3D-printed final model.

June - July 2023
• Operated CNC machinery to fabricate full-scale foam polyurethane molds utilized in the production of tubs and sinks.
• Learned manufacturing processes used to make acrylic and engineered stone tubs, sinks, and shower trays.
• Utilized Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to redesign spec sheets, adjust dimensions, and make spec sheets for new models in sales.
• Conducted market research to find MTI products on websites and organized images into files and slides.

• Created a unique product that has high market potential, visual appeal, and manufacturing compatibility with Winsell’s molding machines.
• Developed a portable putting green for indoor and outdoor use.

• Interacted closely with marketing and product teams to incorporate UX updates into marketing and rewards programs.
• Implemented best practices for increased engagement and user experiences within the bank's white-label rewards programs such as Wells Fargo, Chase, Bank of America, etc.
